How is Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) obtained?

It is a product that is obtained by differential centrifugation of autologous blood, that is, extracted from the same patient, achieving a concentrated platelet product (600,000 to 1,500,000 x mm3), which when activated releases its proteins that are growth factors to regenerate , recover, rejuvenate the skin.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) when used by mesotherapy, in the flaccid areas, stimulates the production of collagen, elastin and epidermal tissue, which translates into a young, smooth and better quality skin .

What is Biostimulation with Platelet Rich Plasma?

It is a simple outpatient technique, based on the intradermal application of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) to naturally activate the functions of fibroblast, the cell responsible for determining the structure and quality of the skin.

When is your application recommended?

This treatment is recommended from the age of 30, at which age the skin begins to lose its regenerative power or simply when the signs of aging are visible. It can be applied both as a preventive treatment of a young skin or as a restorative on aging skin.

SESSIONS RECOMMENDED

1 Session every 4-6 Weeks (3 Session)

In general, middle-aged people, 3 sessions are held in a year separated by 30 – 45 days, and then repeated once a year, to continue stimulating fibroblasts to produce new collagen.

When we can see the results?

The improvement is noticeable from 15 and is maximum at 30 to 45 days, remaining stable for many months. The result of the last session with Platelet Rich Plasma lasts approximately 1 year, at which time a reinforcement session will be necessary.

Advantages compared to other treatments:

Adverse effects are ruled out because Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is a preparation made with the patient’s own blood (AUTOLOGIST), thus avoiding the risk of infection or disease transmission, allergic reactions and also, by its composition Rich in hemostatic factors, prevents the formation of bruises.

Can there be complications or inconveniences?

In the case of Platelet Rich Plasma, there is no allergic reaction because it is obtained from the patient. What can occur are one or more small bruises due to micro-injections that will be resolved in a short time.
